This updated, almost A-frame cabin is a cozy and secluded home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood! Located less than 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski resort, shopping centers, and nightlife. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds on the main level and a lofted bedroom with a XL twin bed. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have been updated and this home has everything you need to cook a great meal. Steps to great forest hiking, and minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort. Dogs welcome with approval!

My cozy A frame cabin has sunny morning views facing the mountain and a nice front deck for enjoying coffee or a cocktail. The kitchen has new appliances and modern amenities, and the bathroom has been remodeled with a heated tile floor. The steps to the lofted bedroom are steeper so many not be suitable for those with mobility issues or young children.Well behaved pets welcome with additional pet fee.

 

There is one queen bed available on the first floor, and one twin extra long bed available in the loft. Tons of cozy seating in the living room and the front of the house has the BEST forest views!

You'll have full access to my home's 2 main floor bedrooms, lofted bedroom living room and kitchen and bathroom. There is one room at the rear of the home locked off for storage of my personal things.

My home sits in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic yet is just minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort, forest trails and downtown!

 

This home is my personal residence so please take care of it as you would your own. I love hosting guests to the Tahoe area!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Black Cabin! The location couldn’t be more convenient with Heavenly just down the road (literally walking distance), casinos nearby, and lots of restaurant options. The kitchen was well stocked too if you prefer to dine in. The cabin is very cozy with modern amenities and the beds are extremely comfortable. The cabin is very stylishly decorated and feels very homey. There are trails nearby where our dog was able to play in the snow. Feels like a home away from home

We had such an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was super nice — everything felt brand new and spotless. It’s a modern cabin with a really cozy vibe, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The location couldn’t have been better just a quick 3-minute drive to the ski lift, which made getting to and from the mountain so easy and convenient. The hostesses were absolutely awesome super cool, very accommodating, and always quick to reply. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Honestly, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wow. Absolutely stunning!!! Can't recommend this place enough. I cannot say enough about this unbelievable home. First, the home is immaculate, and one of the coziest homes I've ever stayed in. Every inch was meticulously thought out and intentional. The bedding gave me one of the best night's sleep I've had in months. WiFi is blazing fast. The fresh mountain air and large beautiful pine forests are literally right outside when you're lounging on the front porch. It is EXACTLY what a getaway should be. The home's location was PERFECT. It was walkable to all of the activity in South Lake, but just far enough that it was perfectly silent serenity. It's right next to the ski resorts, especially Heavenly. April is THE best host. Her communication was super clear, and when I had a quick question about the town, she was quick to reply and extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back
